Partnerships
A partnership agreement is required when two or more than two parties enter into an agreement to start, manage and operate a business, and share both the profits and losses arising from its operations. Registering a business requires minimal regulatory compliances, though it is not mandatory to register a partnership, however by registering a partnership one can get certain rights under section 69 of the Partnership Act that majorly deals with the effects of partnership firms.
Documents required:
- The application for the partnership registration must include prescribed documents like identity documents
- Copy of the partnership deed and principal place for business.
- For Identity and address proof following documents can be submitted
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Drivers License
- Aadhar Card
- Voter’s ID card
- Proof of business premise can be submitted using following documents
- Sale Deed in case of partner owing the place
- Rental agreement copy if the office is on rent
- Electricity or tax bill receipts copy
