Gift Deed

It is an agreement wherein a person gifts his or her property to someone. It can be a movable property that is gifted voluntarily from the donor to the receiver. A gift deed allows the property owner to gift the property and avoid any kind of dispute arising in future due to succession or inheritance claims. Unlike a Will, the gift deed doesn’t require to be approved from a court authority.

Documents required for Sole Proprietorship Registration :

• Place and date on which the deed is executed
• Relevant information regarding the donor and the receiver which includes their names, address, relationship, date of birth and signatures
• Complete details about the property
• Two witnesses to bear testimony and their signatures
